Communication Vans, which offer emergency communication through telecom, satellite, or point-to-point radio infrastructure, are among our product offerings. A communications company, one of our customers, placed an order for a vehicle similar to these types.
For this project, an automatic motorized satellite radio dish, equipment for fiber optic, analog cable connections, and network cables were required. Additionally, accommodations were needed for one person’s sleeping and two people’s workspace in the operator section.
Due to limited space in the van, a convertible space was designed for the second operator. This space featured a seat for work and a suitable bed for rest. The second operator’s seat, a standard fixed seat, was equipped with communication tools as per project requirements. Ultimately, the project yielded the following advantages:
- Deployment of an auto-deploy motorized satellite communication system.
- Provision of a suitable sleeping and resting area with necessary amenities for operators.
- Capability for independent operation from the network for power supply and connection to standard electrical networks.
